Our Mission
Our Story
The firm was founded in 2016 by Stephen Brower after years practicing at national and regional law firms. He started Brentwood to combine advanced legal strategy with a client-centric approach. The firm is based at Brentwood Plaza in Tempe, Arizona, and serves businesses and individuals throughout Maricopa County and the greater Phoenix metropolitan area, including Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, and Gilbert.

Brentwood’s attorneys bring trial-tested experience to every matter, whether transactional or contested. The firm handles business formation and transactions, commercial litigation and trial practice, real estate and construction disputes, creditor rights and judgment enforcement, healthcare facility development and operations, and securities matters. The team includes graduates of UCLA School of Law, ASU Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, and KU School of Law. The firm also employs one of Arizona’s first Licensed Legal Paraprofessionals.

Meet Stephen Brower
Stephen Brower graduated from UCLA School of Law in 2006 and has been practicing law for 20 years. After gaining experience at national and regional law firms, he founded Brentwood Law Group in 2016 with the goal of offering the same quality legal strategies he delivered at larger firms while maintaining a personal, high-touch relationship with every client.
Stephen's practice focuses on corporate transactions, commercial litigation, real estate matters, and creditor's rights. He is known for his strategic, business-first approach to legal challenges.
